The start of a new year – the opportunity to wipe out the old and start anew.
New Years Resolution time and after reading lots of advice on what to do and what not to do, I am going with the simple plan of working on resolutions for only January… a year far too daunting – but the 31 days of January easy peasy…
So, one I am not going to do and three that I am.
I am not going to eat ice cream – not once – for every day of January – yikes. For me that’s a HUGE commitment but only for a month – what can possibly go wrong???
I am going to start the blog that I have wanted to do for 5 years now – here goes…
I am going to do 2 hours a day exercise – that’s a challenge but it is going to happen.
I am going to practise gratitude. It’s a simple concept. Celebrate the things and people you have in your life. I am going to write one down every day in January.
